O projeto, da\u00a0senadora K\u00e1tia Abreu (PDT-TO), segue agora para a\u00a0an\u00e1lise da CCJ.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lucida Sans Unicode, Lucida Grande, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">O relator foi o senador Paulo Rocha (PT-PA), segundo o qual a presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os de sa\u00fade adequados \u00e0s pessoas com defici\u00eancia auditiva n\u00e3o pode prescindir, por raz\u00f5es \u00f3bvias, de um int\u00e9rprete de Libras.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2014 <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lucida Sans Unicode, Lucida Grande, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Para receber o tratamento de sa\u00fade em igualdade de condi\u00e7\u00f5es com os demais brasileiros, a pessoa com defici\u00eancia precisa poder se comunicar. E \u00e9 s\u00f3 isto que este projeto concebe, de modo at\u00e9 singelo \u2014 afirmou.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lucida Sans Unicode, Lucida Grande, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Ele lembrou que o\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><span lang=\"zxx\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.planalto.gov.br\/ccivil_03\/_ato2004-2006\/2005\/decreto\/d5626.htm\"><span style=\"color: #3e6892;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lucida Sans Unicode, Lucida Grande, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Decreto 5.626\/2005<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lucida Sans Unicode, Lucida Grande, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0j\u00e1 estabelece esta obrigatoriedade, mas concordou com o argumento de K\u00e1tia Abreu, de que este direito deve ser previsto por lei.
